Terms and Conditions: Vigil's 10th Anniversary Follow & Like Campaign

1. Eligibility:

• This campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Vigil and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Winners must meet Security Licensing & Enforcement Directorate (SLED) Security Licence Eligibility Criteria. Refer to the full criteria here: NSW Security Licence Eligibility Criteria

2. How to Enter:

• Follow Vigil's Facebook and LinkedIn pages to stay updated on anniversary happenings.
• Tag a friend in the comments of the designated campaign post and encourage them to join the celebration. Each tagged friend counts as one entry into the raffle. Use the hashtag #VigilTurns10.
• Each participant can only win once. In the event that a participant's name is drawn more than once, only their first win will be valid, and any subsequent wins will be disputed. This provision ensures fairness and allows more participants to have a chance to win.
• Share the campaign post on your Facebook timeline.

3. Prize: Five lucky pairs, consisting of the participant and their tagged friend, will each win a Security & First Aid Training Course. The more friends you tag, the more entries you'll earn.

4. Deadline: All steps must be completed by March 29, 2024, 11:59 PM to be eligible for the raffle.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place within seven days after the campaign deadline.

6. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered from. They must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. It will be also announced on all social media platforms.

7. Prize Fulfillment: Security & First Aid Training Course prizes will be arranged by Vigil and are subject to availability. No cash alternative or substitutions are allowed.

8. Publicity: By participating in the campaign, participants grant Vigil the right to use their names and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law: This campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. New South Wales Promo Condition: In compliance with New South Wales promotional laws, this campaign is conducted in accordance with the regulations outlined by the New South Wales Government.

11. Modification or Termination: Vigil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary to ensure the fair and proper conduct of the campaign.

12. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
